Parramatta Mission understands that choosing to donate to a particular organisation is a very personal decision. We never rent, sell, lend or give away our list of donors or any other personal information collected from any of our activities. We only collect personal information that is necessary for our work.

In some cases, personal information (but never sensitive information) is supplied to contractors, such as mailing houses, who perform tasks directly on our behalf.

These organisations must sign strict privacy and security agreements and are also bound by the National Privacy Principles. These agreements ensure that these contractors keep your personal information confidential and do not use it for any other purpose than the work we have contracted them to undertake.

We do not pass on donors' names or personal information to any other third parties (unless required by law).
